So you want to grow

Every day I get questions from fitness professionals asking about how
they can grow their business and not be the only one 'doing it all.'

If you're trying to expand and add another trainer - or several, here are
a few tips:

1. Develop your 'system.' No system means no ability to expand.

2. Create and quantify your culture. What's yours? For a good fitness
business, these components come to mind:

- High Energy
- Non-Intimidating Atmosphere
- Very Motivational
- Family-like Community
- Client or Service Driven - everything is about them

3. Hire to deliver your system and uphold your culture.

4. Train your staff until they're delivering it the way you want - then
keep training them to keep them sharp.

5. Identify expectations and set goals. If there are no standards, you
can't measure performance.

That's a start but if you want more about how to 'replicate yourself',
head over to the Workout Muse blog. BJ will be doing a webinar on
automating bootcamps next Tuesday and he's taking questions.

In fact, if you post a question you'll have a chance to win a year fr.e.e
of the new Bootcamp Automator program.

Click here and post your question

P.S. - You may think you'll never want to hire another trainer... maybe,
but you still want to use systems to run your business. It will give you
more profits and fewer headaches. Not a bad combination ;)
