This is nothing but B.S.

Yesterday I got to read a comment from the
founder of a small certification organization
where he suggested that when it came to
youth fitness, you couldn't control what kids
ate or when they went to bed.

Are you freaking kidding me?

It's called parenting.

Let's pray he doesn't have kids.

But that really is kinda what failure stems from
in a nutshell.

People don't want to take responsibility.

They pass the buck.

Instead of stepping up and doing what it takes
to achieve something – most people choose
to instead make excuses or take the path of
least resistance.

Success isn't rocket science.

If you read the blog over at www.PatNickandJim.com
you'll see that Donovan Owens is a huge success.

He's upped his income to almost 20K per month
and his wife has already retired (she's 30)…and
it's because he took responsibility for making
his goals a reality.

He had plenty of excuses at his disposal.

He has a family so…

…He's too busy.

…He couldn't give up his steady job and take
the risk.

But Donovan doesn't have time for excuses.

He's too busy being successful.

So make sure that if you want something,
you're willing to step up and take responsibility.

Take action.

I don't care if it's raising healthy kids by taking
responsibility for what they eat (I have an 8yr old
and as opposed to what this guy was implying,
8yr olds don't do the grocery shopping)

or

If it's growing your business by taking responsibility
for getting better as a trainer or as a business
person.

Do yourself a favor – ignore B.S. like that and
do what it takes to achieve your dreams.

Dedicated to your success –

Pat
