downsells to people who are former clients or
those you didn't convert.
Well, someone didn't seem to like what I had to say.
Here was their feedback:
******************************************
Common Sense 101 here.
Every e-mail you send makes me want to puke. They
have catchy headlines that lead to basic information,
and of course offers to pay you mo.ney.
You continue to be the face of everything wrong
with the training industry. You are about mo.ney,
and nothing else.
*******************************************
Hmmm…they didn't leave their name (shocker) so
it's kind like the internet version of a crank call.
Have you read the post – and do you agree?
Is it common sense?
Should I be sharing way more advanced stuff?
Do I make you puke;)
Take a look at the post if you haven't already and
let me know.
Bedros Keuilian went though something similar
over at his blog the other day and it generated a
ton of responses.
Honestly – I'm not looking for that. I just wanted
to share so I can make sure I'm doing my job - and
trust me - I know what comes with the territory.
But if you do have an opinion – let me know.
You can comment or shoot me an email.
But before I go – I guess I should ask…
…if someone makes you puke – do you read
their every email?
I didn't think so – that's just common sense;)
Dedicated to your success -
Pat
P.S. – In case you were wondering – there was
no offer or sales link yesterday. I was confused too
when he / she said that.
P.P.S. – If you would like me to go into specifics
about how I'd sell and deliver the program I
mentioned in the blog post – let me know.
