But I still need you.
I need you to stop settling for less than you deserve.
I need you to have the impact in your community that
you're capable of having.
I need you to keep working to be the best that you can
become.
I need this because we all need this.
Our society needs great professionals just like you to
reach more people and have a greater impact.
Our profession needs more people like you to stay
longer and have more success. We need more
career fitness professionals and less people holding
down a job as a trainer.
Our future needs you to stop settling for good enough
and go for great. You and your family's future needs it.
Aspiring fitness professionals need it. They need you as a
role model.
I spent all day yesterday with our Mastermind Group –
some of the most successful professionals in the world.
They're the epitome of what I just talked about.
The industry needs more people like them.
