fitness industry since 2002.

But since then, look at what has happened:

:: A personal training franchise has gone from
zero locations to over 350.

:: Hundreds of fitness pros have built sizable
online businesses to augment or replace their
training income.

:: 2 separate 24 hour gym franchises have gone
from zero locations to over 1200 units sold.

:: Almost all commercial health clubs have
gotten rid of independent personal trainers.

:: One-on-one, hour long sessions went from
the only way to deliver service to one of the
least lucrative ways to spend your training time.

:: Bootcamps went from something only seen
during basic training to a mainstream offering
for fitness pros.

And that's just scratching the surface.

But let me tell you something...compared to the
changes coming our way over the next couple of
years - those might just seem small.

According to the media we're facing an 'Economic
Crisis'.

Regardless of whether you define it that way or not,
there is no arguing - this is a rapidly changing
economy.

And business owners are going to have to respond
